Julianne Lisa Herinckx, 26, a resident of West Union died Sunday evening, April 29, 2012 at Providence Saint Vincent Medical Center in Portland.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be said at 10:00 am on Monday, May 7, 2012 at St Edward Catholic Church in North Plains.
Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 am on May 7, 2012 at St Edward Catholic Church; 10990 313th Ave in North Plains.
Rite of Christian Burial will follow the Mass at the St Edward Catholic Cemetery in North Plains.
Family and friends are invited to a reception following the burial held in the parish hall.
Julianne was born on January 10, 1986 in Hillsboro, OR. She was the youngest of four children born to Dale R. and Donna Rae H. (Schmidt) Herinckx. She was raised in the family home in North Plains and attended grade school at North Plains Elementary. Julianne graduated From Glencoe High school with the Class of 2004. While in school Julianne was active in choir and band.
Julianne worked in customer service most of her working career. She was a customer service rep for GM Call Center in Hillsboro, had worked at McDonalds in North Plains and recently had been employed by Solar World in Hillsboro.
She loved to sing and have fun with her family. She was the artistic one in the family and would create gifts for her family and liked to cook. Julianne was close to her nieces and nephews; Elizabeth, Caitlyn, Lauren and Brett and she hadn’t found a stray cat she wouldn’t take home.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, three uncles; Jerry Herinckx, Derald and Dean Schmidt and an aunt; Marilyn Bernards.
Survivors include her loving parents; Dale and Donna Herinckx of North Plains, OR, three siblings and their spouses; Derald and Anita Herinckx of Overland Park, KS, Deanna and Bob Wiley of Sauvé’s Island, OR, Jennifer Herinckx of Banks, OR, her nieces and nephews; Elizabeth, Caitlyn, Lauren and Brett, and 27 aunts and uncles and many many cousins.
